We discuss your personal circumstances. Are you (and/or your partner) in full time employment? Have you gone through significant life changes recently? What do you want most from your new home?

We combine a detailed questionnaire with informal face-to-face converations so we know exactly what you’re after.

Of course, we perform all the legal checks, including credit checks.

Affordable Homes for Rent

Generally, most of the homes we manage are within the £800 to £1,200 per month rent range. We want living in these homes to be truly sustainable.

On Move-in Day

On move-in day we’ll always be available to sort any last-minute hitches or concerns. And we live locally to all 3 towns we work in, so we are never far away.

We give you an Information File dedicated to your property which has every detail you could need, including:

• The Tenancy Agreement
• The Deposit Scheme
• Instructions for your boiler, heating and Smart Meter
• Instructions on kitchen and bathroom appliances, and ventilation
• A list of all the key local addresses, from vets to doctors to plumbers, not forgetting the important local pubs & restaurants!

Everything is put in place to make sure you get the best out of your new home.
